sat20 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and sat20 ("sat20", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the sat20 website located at https://sat20.io and all associated services, products, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the sat20 website, completing the sat20 Login process, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with sat20's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and must not attempt to complete a sat20 Login or register an account. Continued use of the Platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. sat20 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by any person under the age of 21. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies without exception.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming activity is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of your sat20 Login and each subsequent use of the Platform.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally incapacitated, acting under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering into agreements are not eligible to use sat20.
• No self-exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or third-party exclusion directive that would prohibit your participation in online gaming activities.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended sat20 account. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on the Platform.

sat20 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within seven (7) calendar days of a request may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending compliance.

To access the full features of the sat20 Platform, including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in promotions, you must register a player account and successfully complete the Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification process.

During registration and KYC, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on your official Bangladeshi National ID card or passport
• Your date of birth (confirming you are aged 21 or above)
• Your residential address in Bangladesh
• A valid mobile number registered in your own name
• The mobile banking details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) registered in your own name, to be used for deposit and withdrawal transactions

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. Notify sat20 promptly of any changes by contacting support at support@sat20.io. sat20 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep account information current and accurate.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sat20 Login username and password. You must not share your Login credentials with any third party. You must notify sat20 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. sat20 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your Login credentials.

sat20 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of withdrawal. Enhanced checks may require submission of additional documentation such as proof of source of funds or a utility bill confirming your residential address.

All financial transactions on sat20 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). sat20 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no foreign exchange conversion is applied to player balances.

Deposits. sat20 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits are credited to your sat20 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. sat20 charges no platform fee on deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account following a sat20 Login.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by sat20's payments team during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. sat20 aims to process withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes during business hours and within one (1) hour at all other times, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the account holder's own name. sat20 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

Matched payment method. For anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals will, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit. sat20 may request proof that the receiving account belongs to you before processing any withdrawal.

• sat20 reserves the right to decline, delay, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
• Chargebacks and payment reversals initiated by the player without prior written authorisation from sat20 are a material breach of these Terms.
• sat20 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider, network congestion, or events outside sat20's reasonable control.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the cashier section accessible after every sat20 Login.

Inactive account fees. An account that has not recorded a sat20 Login or any transaction for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered inactive. sat20 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity maintenance fee of ৳200 to inactive accounts with a remaining balance. You will be notified by email prior to the commencement of inactivity fees.

sat20 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above who have completed the full KYC process and are in good standing on the Platform.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms, the standard wagering requirement is thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Real-money funds deposited in excess of bonus amounts may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard verification requirements.
• Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are published in the promotional terms for each offer.
• Bonuses have a fixed validity period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
• sat20 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. sat20 further reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds from accounts found to be in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion's terms.

All games available on the sat20 Platform — including slot games, live casino tables, card games, crash games, and sports betting markets — operate under individual game rules published within each game interface or on the relevant game information page. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before placing wagers.

Random number generation. All non-live casino games on sat20 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. RNG outputs are independently audited on a periodic basis to confirm statistical randomness and compliance with fair play standards.

Live casino integrity. Live casino games are streamed from professionally managed studios operated by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Sports betting settlement. • sat20 prohibits the use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to generate or place wagers without direct human interaction.
• Collusion between players in multiplayer games or sports betting markets is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, game bugs, or pricing errors constitutes a breach of these Terms. Winnings generated through exploitation of errors will be voided.

sat20 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible to all registered players at any time from the account dashboard following a sat20 Login.

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or credentials to complete a sat20 Login
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with sat20
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21
• Using the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime using the Platform's deposit or withdrawal facilities
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted systems to interact with the Platform or place wagers without direct human input
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated scheme to defraud the Platform or other players
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, RNG patterns, or pricing errors
• Conducting coordinated multi-account bonus abuse or any other scheme designed to extract value from promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose
• Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals against deposits made to the Platform
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing sat20 staff or other players through any communication channel

All content on the sat20 Platform — including but not limited to the sat20 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, database structures, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of sat20 or is used under licence from the relevant third-party rights holder.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content
• Use the sat20 name, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written consent
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means

Any unauthorised use of sat20's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by sat20.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sat20's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their sat20 account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sat20 shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any of the following categories of loss or damage:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of opportunity or business
• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses of any nature
• Losses arising from service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or unplanned technical outages
• Losses resulting from the player's failure to safeguard their sat20 Login credentials
• Losses caused by events beyond sat20's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, acts of government, or force majeure events

The Platform and all content therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sat20 makes no warranty — express or implied — as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

sat20 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://sat20.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and completing a sat20 Login, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

sat20 uses your personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Verifying your identity and age as part of the KYC process
• Processing deposits and withdrawals through your nominated payment method
• Providing customer support and responding to account enquiries
• Complying with applicable anti-money-laundering and financial crime prevention obligations
• Improving Platform functionality, personalising your experience, and — where you have consented — sending you promotional communications

sat20 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — including KYC verification partners, payment processors, and game providers — strictly for the purpose of delivering Platform services to you. All third-party processors engaged by sat20 are contractually bound to maintain data security standards consistent with sat20's obligations under applicable data protection law.

sat20 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months
• Request by the account holder for voluntary self-exclusion or account closure
• Direction by a regulatory or law enforcement authority

Upon termination of an account for cause, sat20 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If an investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the withheld balance may be permanently forfeited. Where termination is not for cause — such as a voluntary closure request — any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting sat20 support at support@sat20.io. Voluntary closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.

sat20 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, sat20 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered on the player's account.

Your continued use of the Platform — including completing a sat20 Login — after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

The version date displayed at the top of this document indicates the date on which the most recent revision became effective. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which sat20 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Dispute process. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are required to attempt resolution of any dispute through sat20's internal complaint process. To file a complaint, contact sat20 support at support@sat20.io with a written description of the dispute and the outcome you are seeking. sat20 will respond to all formally submitted complaints within five (5) business days and will endeavour to resolve disputes within twenty-eight (28) days of receipt.

sat20's decisions on disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final once the internal complaint process has been completed and sat20's final position has been communicated in writing to the player.
